STAY ON TARGET

We recently moved our cats' scratching post perch to a different window.

As you can see, Tonks is REALLY enjoying the new scenery:

IIIII SEEEEE YOOOOOUUU.

Credit goes to John for getting the perfect bird's eye view.

  1. You have to wonder if the bird is laughing at Tonks because kitty is inside, or if the the bird is terrified of Tonks...We all know what Tonks believes. :-)

  2. LOL! My cat watches birds and makes chirping noises, as if to lure them in. It's quite cute.

  3. Ha! If this picture hasn't been used for a Demotivational poster be the end of the week, then the interwebs have failed.

  14. You know that bird is taunting your cat on purpose. Great pic.

Btw, I went to Cakewrecks Monday morning, 8:30 am Pacific time and you only have one line of the post showing. No pics, no comment section. And I think it was the congratulations cake post where the links for the comments section led to a blank page. At least it did when I checked it last.

  15. It's called "Kitty TV", with an open screened window, it is "Kitty TV with Surround Sound". My Maine Coon, Sprite, and a male cardinal have a love/hate relationship. he loves to taunt her and she hates that I won't let her out to eat him...

Does it make me geeky or just wierd that when I see "stay on target" I can hear the voice of the Star Wars X-wing pilot in my head saying "Stay on target, stay on target!"

  19. Yes, cat TV. We have multiple channels at our house. The humingbirds taunt my cat. They hover just at her eye level on the other side of the window. You can hear their tiny voices saying, "Neener, neener, NEEner!! You can't caaaaaatch me!" before they fly quickly away.
