Saturday Steam: The 1860s Bar

Improv Everywhere has truly outdone themselves with this one; I don't think I'll get this grin off my face 'til at least Monday morning. I'm not even going to explain - just WATCH:

Thanks to Carolyn G. for the fun!

  1. Hi Jen!

This isn't relevant to the current post but I stumbled across this today and though you would really get a kick out of it.

  3. Somebody posted this in the Arizona Steampunk Society on Facebook. It's awesome. I was thinking that if I stumbled into that, I'd just look around the bar for my steamy friends :) I think they picked great targets, too, so funny and good-natured.

Improv Everywhere does some great stuff, this is my favorite so far :)

  6. Yup, I saw this earlier in the week when Nerdist posted it to their Youtube channel. I had to watch it two or three times in a row! I think that they did it to promo the news season of Copper premiering on Sunday (which, by the way, is a fantastic show).

  8. Love these guys. I remember freaking out over the MP3 experiment and wishing I lived somewhere with a group like that. :)

  11. Hah! That video made my day. I love that there are people out there creating such unexpected, amazing, damn near magical moments. And yeah, that's exactly the kind of pub I'd love to patronize.
