His Daughter Wanted To Fly The Millenium Falcon For Halloween, So...

LOOK WHAT THIS AWESOME DAD DID:

 D'awwww.

That's right, as if this little Rey wasn't already too cute for words:

Now she gets to fly her own Millenium Falcon!

... which her dad made out of foam board and paper cups.

 And, you guys?

IT LIGHTS UP.

Awww yeeeah.

I have a hunch she's going to win Halloween this year.

But if that isn't enough crafty father-daughter goodness for ya, then check out what happened last Father's Day:

That face.

Would you believe he made her armor by cutting up a 48 inch Stormtrooper doll?
I mean, how... what... you can DO that?!

Speaking of stormtrooper dolls, these two even worked together to make this one from the Rogue One trailer:

Mega props to the dad, Dino, who originally posted these pics on Reddit here. It makes my heart grow three sizes to see parents cosplaying and crafting with their kids, and I bet this is just the smile some of you needed today, too.

Now one final bit of cuteness, because WOW this little geekling has good taste in cosplay:

Judy Hopps!

Thanks for sharing your brilliance with the world, you two. Can't wait to see what you dream up next!

  10. So, so awesome and adorable and just all around heartwarmingly squee worthy. All of it.

Would it be too much detail deviation if that Judy Hopps carrot recorder/pen had a tiny carrot jockey? That would make it perfection, in my blatantly biased opinion. ; )
