Just make sure the sticker is supported underneath so the resin doesn't weigh it down and run off the sides. Keep in mind anything printed on porous paper will absorb the resin and look wet/saturated after the resin dries, so better to use a photo paper. (I've even seen a photo paper made especially for use with resin! Check the Little Windows resin brand, I believe she sells it.)Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11888187687405622408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1724594058209899258.post-35218806739818884262019-06-16T00:09:57.541-04:002019-06-16T00:09:57.541-04:00I'm wondering this too. I recommend only going that big if the sticker/piece of paper is a little thicker/sturdier than regular sticker paper (maybe try gluing some cardstock to the back).

My first attempt didn't go great because I had a large design (roughly 3x3 but still not a perfect square) but relatively flimsy paper. I didn't know what I was doing and I added too much resin too fast and the surface tension broke. My second, more experienced, attempt at a large design was cut from cardboard and it came out flawless! The strength of the paper underneath could be an issue with that much more weight of resin on top, too, so for really big stickers I'd reinforce them with extra card stock underneath.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11888187687405622408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1724594058209899258.post-72217219266027264912018-09-15T07:05:18.069-04:002018-09-15T07:05:18.069-04:00How big have you gone with this? You need a super sharp edge to build up the surface tension required for doming. Other issues: the resin will soak into the patch instead of floating on top, and will make it look wet.
