Larissa - I got that outfit (in several different sizes so he can wear it for years) at WalMart. They're technically PJ's.

It's nice to know there's a community of kids growing up where my kid will fit in as he ages. While he's somewhat behind in speech, he can sign "dragon" and "unicorn." I'm content.

I'm doing my part. My sons love all things superheroes (their favorite at the moment being Ben 10) and can quote Looney Tunes lines by heart. Yes, my 3 year old - when prompted with "Rabbit Season" - will say "Duck Season! Fire! Psssh!" (His imitation of Elmer's gun firing.)

Oh and did I mention that my oldest and I are making a board game? All about math? Using Lego minifigs as playing pieces and 2 D12 die? *watches proudly as my son's Geek-rating soars*

the funny thing is... i can totally see myself or my group of friends doing similar things with (and to) our kids when they get here. between my proclivity for making weird things out of yarn and my magician husband, our kids don't have a chance a normalcy.
